Become a part of our international Business Processes and IT team in APAC. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Business Application Specialist - CargoWise.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Close Cooperation with business to define and document requirements
Implements and supports Transport Management Solutions (TMS) in CargoWiseOne for clients and the deugro network.
- Support and responds to global user Tickets for CargoWiseOne related matters Level 1 and 2
- Builds and maintains relationships with the business organization to understand and anticipate customer needs for specific projects
- Provides regularly project updates to managers as well as implementation support for global projects such as the global CargoWIseOne rollout within deugro
- Performs functional testing (UAT) and creates SOPs and user manuals
- Coordinates between the business and development organizations at the project level
- Provides input and support to the development group around changes to the solution
**What you can contribute**:
- Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education
- Solid forwarding understanding and preferably operational experience
- Several years of professional experience in implementing and supporting transport management systems and/or supply chain management solutions
- Good experience in data modeling and data mapping (EDI mapping)
- Experience and understanding of the usage of CargoWise - CCP would be a nice to have
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel and excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
