Business And Project Development Officer

The Business & Project Development Officer will lead the development and management of real estate projects including but not limited to:

- Industrial Lots for Sale
- Commercial Lots for Sales

In developing and managing projects, the BPD Officer's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Seeking management approval for new projects,
- Maintaining financial health of the project,
- Planning and monitoring of project milestones,
- And coordination with Inventory Generation Group, Sales, Marketing and Operations team.
Minimum Requirements:

- College graduate in any business or technical course
- at least 3 years of experience in business development, project management, or equivalent.
