Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Conduct a review and in-depth assessment of SAP financial tickets.
2. Provide solutions according to their criticality in coordination with Business Process Owner,
Business and Functional Analysts of other modules (Supply Chain, HR), PCST (PRISM Central
Support Team) and other relevant units to ensure comprehensive delivery of the IT solution
released.
3. Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide helpdesk support. Monitor the ticket dashboard and
submit the weekly report to the supervisor.
4. Work closely with Application Maintenance and technical team during the implementation
of system fixes and improvements, ensuring business requirements are correctly captured,
and supporting the preparation of functional specifications.
5. Test and analyze IT solutions and document the match against business requirements for
quality and accuracy.
6. Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical for the Maintenance
and Technical team.
7. Review and compile the existing PRISM materials. Ensure that all relevant materials are
archived at the end of the process.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
? Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Financial Accounting,
Financial Management or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with seven
years of experience in SAP ERP project implementation; or
? A university degree in the above fields from an accredited academic institution, with nine
years of relevant professional experience.
? A professional certification in a related field such as SAP is a distinct advantage.
EXPERIENCE
? Excellent Knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules; preferably with
experience in ECC 6.0;
? Knowledge of ABAP such as SAP development interfaces, Smart Forms and Sap scripts will
be an added advantage.
SKILLS
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact
professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter
experts.
? Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to
interpret customer business needs and translate them into application/ operational
requirements.
? Ability to handle a range of Project systems and integration with other module-related
issue
