Business Analytics Manager (Consumer Banking) Position Title: Business Analytics Manager
Deliver data science support to the business transformation, innovation and Retail Digital Channels strategies of Consumer Business Sector Use analytical techniques and predictive modeling to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes Partner with the Business Heads in driving usage, identifying opportunities to improve revenue potential and customer experience in the digital channels through the use of analytics Work with Program Managers in ideation, strategy, execution, tracking and continuous enhancement of strategies to drive business growth Job Summary: Builds, develops, and maintains dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions Develops scoring/segmentation to improve digital channel enrollment of customers, usage and engagement Influences customer targeting, campaigns strategy and execution and other key stakeholders by providing data analytics thought-leadership Aid in the development and execution of new innovation strategies to help the sector pursue new business endeavors. Assess new partnership opportunities on a strategic and tactical level Provides promo forecast and insights which include relevant portfolio metrics, profit and loss targets, and identifies the appropriate customer segments to tap Partners with program/product managers to continuously enhance programs by doing post campaign reviews, crafting appropriate tracking reports and analyses, and operationalizing predictive models to increase response rates Spearheads deep dive analyses of customers to investigate business-related challenges or identify new trends and opportunities to improve KPI metrics. Converts these findings into actionable insights and presents recommendations to the business for decision making and strategic planning Collaborates with Risk, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales and other cross functional team to measure P&L impact of campaigns, co-brands and existing partnerships Qualifications: College graduate of any business, statistical or mathematical course At least 4 years of analytics experience in a financial institution preferably from a retail bank or a credit card company Experience in dealing with various units of the organization and customer service is an advantage Intermediate working knowledge of SAS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience in model-building, conducting portfolio studies using data mining techniques and statistical modeling tools is required Excellent analytical capabilities, ability to translate and articulate technical thoughts and ideas to a larger audience including influencing skills with peers and senior management Proven problem-solving skills in a financial industry setting a must Other Details: Unit: Consumer Business Sector | Strategic Business Analytics | Business Optimization Analytics
