Business Analyst Trainee

Business Analyst Trainee will take down notes and create meeting minutes, assist in writing the User Manual for the internal end users, conduct research for payment methods options, feedback options, and industry best practices for processes.

Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvementPerform research and analysis in support of operationsAssist in resolving business issues using systems and dataWrites detailed reports and present resultsCreation of user Journey Mapping and VisualsHelp launch new initiativesOrganize files and documents and other administrative tasksMay perform additional projects upon request
Qualifications
