Business Analyst/Technical Writer

• At least 1 yr experience.
• Graduate of BS Technical Communications, BS Information Technology, BA English /Journalism or equivalent courses
• Experience in creating process diagrams, flowcharts, and system documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and others.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and content management systems.
• Proficient with Word Processing such as MS Word, Google docs, and others.
• Experience with specialized tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Markdown, or RoboHelp.
• Experience in creating templates for formal product documentation
