Prior experience: Must have proven track record in implementation team of either (1) standalone GL system or (2) GL module in Finance ERP system in a bank (similar experience in other sectors does not count); Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia
Requirements Gathering: Ability to clearly articulate business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements then translate these into testable requirements (test cases and test outcomes). Candidate must also be able to collaborate with business units or subject matter experts to understand project objectives, scope and requirements
Analytical Thinking: Strong solution definition, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure
Technical and Business Communication: Ability to communicate both in technical language with developers and business language with business partners
Technical Competency: Excellent understanding of solution development methodologies and application development with high level understanding on financial products and processes
Presentation and Documentation Skills: Detail-oriented and proficient in the use of presentation and project management tools to deliver reports that highlight key insights or findings
Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all functional teams, 3rd party and individuals at all levels, ability to work independently and collaborate with teams in completing important projects and major initiatives
Key Responsibilities: Develop functional requirements and identify the non-functional requirements for the solution architectCommunicate with business users on the benefits of proposed solutions and any identified gaps in business requirementsMap product features and out-of-box requirements to the functional requirementsConduct fit-gap analysis on products and recommend reasonable working alternativesDevelop test cases, test plan and test data for the requirements and assist in conducting functional testing
