Business Analyst - Taguig

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Graduate of any Bachelors degree course
*With 3 years and up experience in IT Business Analysis
*Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle
*Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
*Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Open to work in BGC Taguig
*Dayshift schedule
*Full time ONSITE work

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog;
*Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog
*Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog
*Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders.
*Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time
*Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support

JOB SUMMARY:
*Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
*Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
*UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
