Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

The company is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst with experience in working on large scale projects from ground up to completion.
We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented self-starter who has excellent communication, stakeholder and requirements management skills, and possesses a strong commitment to deliver end-to-end solutions according to stipulated deadlines.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with stakeholders to elicit, define and align requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide viable solutions which meet aligned requirements
- Ensure solutions developed are aligned and fit into the overall product vision
- Prepare and maintain the necessary project documentation (e.g.
specifications)
- Assist in business process modelling or improvement on an as-needed basis
- Provide support for UAT on an as-needed basis
- Provide daily support for any inquiries from the Technical, QA, UI/UX, Product and Business teams

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of business analysis and related experience
- Agile experience is preferred
- Experience in medium-large scale projects throughout the full software development life cycle
- Experience with designing and delivering enterprise-level software is a strong advantage
- Experience in business process management or improvement is an advantage
- Business Analyst certification (CBAP/CCBA) preferred
- Familiarity with tools, methodologies, and best practices for business analysis
- Experience in managing relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- Good interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong analytical skills, well-organised and with a keen eye for detail

**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
