Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Job Summary:
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, facilitating workshops, creating business requirements documentation, providing training and support, monitoring project progress, and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent At least 3-9 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst ( Junior Level: 3-5 years of experience ) ( Senior Level: 9-13 years of experience ) Proficiency in managing business analysis documentation, producing BA deliverables (e.g., business requirements, functional requirements, user stories), and process documentation. Prior experience in any of the following domains: Core Banking/Digital Banking/Retail/Trade processing/Digital Channels With hands-on experience in any of the following areas: Loans/Lending or HR Data (e.g. Turnover/Attrition Rate). Nice to have:
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools
Experience with TEMENOS Transact
Exposure in data analysis and basic SQL/VBA/PowerBI
Salary range would depend on overall experience
