Business Analyst

**Job Qualifications**:
1.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
2.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
3.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
4.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
5.
Excellent documentation skills.
6.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
7.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
**Role Requirements/Responsibilities**:
1.
Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
2.
Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
3.
Create functional specifications for solutions.
4.
Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
5.
Implement and test solutions.
6.
Support business transition and help to establish change.

- Malate, Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
