Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze business needs, identify gaps and issues and recommend the best possible solutions
- Define Business Processes and Workflows
- Analyze business scenarios and come up with test conditions and test cases
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Assist with other adhoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Technical Background, preferably Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
- 2-3 years experience in a technical business analyst role or equivalent in an Agile environment
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Flexible to switch and work on different projects and manage them in a timely manner
