**DESCRIPTION**
**Help business implement technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program, communicate them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners and provide support all throughout the System Development Life Cycle**
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **2 - 3 years' experience as Business Analyst**
- **Relevant experience in insurance or other financial services**
- **Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations**
- **Agile Experience**
- **Strong analytical and **problem solving** skills**
- **Ability to document business requirements and functional specifications**
- **Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives**
- **Ability to provide technical training to end users**
- **Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills**
