Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

Job Description:

1. Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing supply chain processes, systems, and workflows to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, subject matter experts, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements related to supply chain operations.
3. Utilize process mapping techniques to visually represent current and future state supply chain processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization.
4. Analyze data and metrics to assess supply chain performance and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and measurement.
5. Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and other documentation to support solution design and development.
6. Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs.
7. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements, validate solutions, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
8. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
9. Provide support during system implementation, testing, and deployment phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and training.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management and process improvement.

Qualifications:

1. B.S Industrial Engineering
2. Has experience with project management in logistics and supply chain ecosystem or equivalent.
