BS Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Computer Science
Minimum 2 years of work experience in any business operations
Knowledgeable in business analysis, project management, and process improvement implementation
Must be exposed to project life cycle
Can work with minimal supervision
Good oral and written communication skills
Hard skills: Customer service, decision making, facilitation, supervisory skills and professionalism
