The Role : Business Analyst - Data Visualization & Reporting (Tableau/Oracle EPM)
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the transformation of our financial reporting and analysis capabilities. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Reports Development (Digital Factory) team and the Finance (Business Finance CoCe ) team, ensuring seamless communication, alignment of requirements, and successful implementation of data visualization projects. This role will be instrumental in migrating our financial reporting from the legacy OPUS tool to the new Oracle EPM platform, leveraging Tableau for dynamic data visualization and reporting.

What will you do?
Project Management:
Support data visualization projects from conception to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables as defined by the Product Owner .
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Reports Development team and the Business Finance ( FP&A ) team.
Ensure project milestones are met and project risks are identified and mitigated.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Gather and analyze business requirements for data visualization and reporting from the Business Finance ( FP&A ) team.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Reports Development team.
Validate report designs and outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Data Modeling and Visualization:
Work closely with the Product Owner and Tablea u Developers to design and develop Tableau reports based on Oracle EPM data.
Leverage your finance expertise to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and relevance to FP&A requirements.
Create intuitive and insightful data visualizations that empower decision-making within the finance team.
System Migration and Testing:
Actively participate in the migration of financial data and reporting processes from the OPUS tool to Oracle EPM.
Develop and execute test plans to validate data accuracy and report functionality during and after migration.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting processes, leveraging the capabilities of Oracle EPM and Tableau.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to Business Finance (FP&A) team members on the use of Tableau reports and Oracle EPM functionality.
Who will be successful?
Bachelor's degree in Finance , Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a finance or FP&A projects
Strong understanding of financial principles, concepts, and reporting requirements.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and financial reporting systems (Oracle EPM preferred).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Experience with systems migration or audit processes is a plus.
Interest and inclin ation in automation, digitization, and process improvement (Power Automate, Power Query, C oPi lot, etc )
Must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite on a hybrid setup.
