Business Analyst (Data Management Analysis)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the context of data management, deletion, or analytics projects. (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management. (Non-Negotiable)
• Proficiency in • SQL, Python• , or other programming languages for • data manipulation and analysis• . (Non Negotiable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. (Non Negotiable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. (Non Negotiable)
• Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies are a plus. (Non Negotiable)
• Must hold a bachelor's degree in any related courses.
• Amenable to work in Makati, Hybrid Setup – 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in either our Data Deletion Project or our Data and Analytics Team, depending on project needs and candidate's expertise. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful execution of projects related to data management, deletion, or analysis.
