Qualifications
Generic JQ (still awaiting JQ from client): 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on cloud technologies and infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).Experience working on large-scale cloud migration, transformation, and optimization projects.Advanced knowledge of business analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools.Proven ability to effectively gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) are a plus.

Generic JD (still awaiting JD from client): Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document functional and non-functional specifications related to cloud and infrastructure projects.Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for proposed cloud and infrastructure projects and initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and business units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop business cases, project charters, and project plans for cloud and infrastructure initiatives, outlining project goals, timelines, resource requirements, and success criteria.Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and brainstorming sessions to elicit and prioritize business requirements.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, process flows, and user stories.Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance, clarification, and support as needed.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project sponsors.
