Building Painter

Responsible for painting the exterior and interior areas of a company's projects- Execute pre-painting activities, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing, etc. if required- Follow management's instructions in maintaining an inventory of paint and supplies- Comply with the health and safety standards- Inventory of materials- Cary out after project cleaning of areas, supplies, and equipment at the completion of project- Assist in storing leftover paint in the appropriate locations- Support team with special maintenance projects as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:- Applicant must have at least 2-3 years experience as painter.- Must be a high school and above- Knowledgeable in different painting related tasks and projects- Preferably residing in Makati or nearby cities.- Available to start ASAP**Job Types**: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 2 months**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
