Building Maintenance/Multi

TOTAL KENZO ESSENTIALS INC. is now looking for an additional Building Maintenance Technician to be assigned to the following properties below;
 

ORION Building - AS Fortuna, Mandaue City

Calyx Centre - IT Park, Cebu City

TGU Tower - IT Park, Cebu City

The Median - La guardia, Lahug Cebu City

Duties & Responsibilities;
Assist the Facilities Engineer in the implementation and monitoring of the preventive maintenance programs.

Assist the Facilities Engineer in addressing the problems in operation.

Operates/activities/switches on all facilities equipment, such as but not limited to

the following:
Air-conditioning units

Sewage treatment Plant & water pumps

Exhaust and fresh air blowers

Generator sets

Lighting systems

Power breakers, etc.

Accomplish the daily equipment monitoring checklist weekly/quarterly and conduct corrective maintenance when necessary.

Do monitoring of the utilities consumptions.

Maintain, repair/troubleshoot Electrical, Aircon, and plumbing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Vocational/TESDA certificate in ElM/RAC/HVAC

Minimum of two (2) years experience in the said position preferably from HIGH RISE building.

Knowledgeable in ELECTRICAL, AIRCON, and PLUMBING.

Can start ASAP.
