Building Facilities And Maintenance Officer

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduate of Engineering, Electrical, or related Course.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Maintenance in Facilities and Building management.
(This position have no subordinates)
- Have current driver's license preferred but not required and must be able to travel to several facilities.
- Certification or Relevant Trainings related to Building/ Facilities Maintenance preferred.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Inspects facilities regularly to anticipate and identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepares weekly maintenance schedule and allocates work as per forecasted workloads.
- Coordinates daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversees all repairs and ensures that work is completed on time.
- Maintains all inventory and equipment and ensures proper storage.
- Complies with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Conducts preventive maintenance work.
- Conducts follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Conducts safety inspections as scheduled.
- Establishes strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Partakes in learning and development opportunities such as seminars, workshops and reads current articles and studies to keep job knowledge current and relevant.
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
- Conduct routine checking and maintenance work on all equipment and facilities on the plants as listed below:

- Wastewater treatment plant
- Electrical switch room
- Air compressors
- Generator
- ACU units
- Streetlights and building lightings
- Piping and fittings
- Able to fix mechanical, electrical and electronic issues

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
