Building Engineer - Onsite - Quezon City

Job Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.
Registered Mechanical Engineer
with at least 2-3years experience in property management industry
Willing to work on Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager with regards to the compliance of the by-laws of the condo corporation
Ensure all equipment are in 100% good operating condition
Ensure all equipment complies with the regulatory set by the government
Ensures all licenses are updated in a timely manner
Serves as the safety officer of this establishment and enforce all safety procedures.
Serves as the Pollution Control Officer of the establishment and should there be problems arising during the operations. He or She must create a mitigation plan to avoid non-compliance with IRR Set by the LLDA and DENR.
Monitor the tariff work set by the condo corporation and make sure that all payments are being remitted to the Accounting Department Every Week
Conducts a day-to-day inspection and ensures that all concerns of Facilities are being addressed in a timely manner.
Create a 52 Week plan that is to be followed by the technical team to ensure all equipment is in good running condition.
Submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to the Property Manager.
Coordinate and liaise with the contractor and Suppliers.
