Building Engineer

Building Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer)

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000

Location: Quezon City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor resident compliance with property regulations.
2. Oversee security reports and document all incidents.
3. Approve work permits, gate passes, and special elevator usage; inspect units for hazards during owner absences.
4. Review and approve renovation permits, ensuring adherence to construction guidelines.
5. Communicate directly with owners regarding concerns; attend on-site during major issues upon request.
6. Compile and submit all permits to the Property Manager for review.
7. Record monthly water readings for residents on the 28th.
8. Investigate high water consumption in units and inform residents of excessive use.
9. Conduct random quality checks on renovated units, notifying owners prior to entry.
10. Document resident concerns and recommend effective solutions to owners.
11. Hold safety meetings with contractors before renovations.
12. Assist the Property Manager in ensuring compliance with condominium bylaws.
