- To manage and oversee overall building operations and maintenance of facilities on a day-to-day basis ensuring these are in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Including regular reporting to the Condominium Corporation's Officers of the status of the physical and financial condition of the condominium.
- To ensure implementation of the Corporation's objective and strategies with regard to customer service and value enhancement of the property.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/College Degree, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam
- With atleast three (3) years work experience
- Has a positive work attitude
- Accredited Pollution Control Officer (DENR) is a plus
