Qualifications:
? Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
? 2-4 years of experience in building maintenance and safety planning.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Effective in managing tenant concerns.
? Knowledgeable in legal matters, including contract review and modification.
? Available at any time for building safety and security.

Responsibilities:
? Ensure all building facilities and utilities (water, electricity, phone lines, aircon, genset, etc.) are functioning properly.
? Monitor the building's physical condition, upkeep, and cleanliness.
? Quickly address leaks and repairs by coordinating with contractors and janitors.
? Conduct regular inspections to resolve utility, building, and occupant issues, maintaining safety, security, cleanliness, and cost-efficiency.
? Ensure compliance with building permits and government requirements.
? Develop and implement policies for orderliness and resource management.
? Supervise daily work activities of personnel.
? Recommend improvements to Top Management for building administration and utilities.
? Submit monthly reports of departmental activities and accomplishments to Top Management.

Salary Range: 27k to 30k
Work Location: Quezon City
