Building Administrator- Handles 5 tenants only - Food Industry Building Qualifications:?Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.?2-4 years of experience in building maintenance and safety planning.?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.?Effective in managing tenant concerns.?Knowledgeable in legal matters, including contract review and modification.?Available at any time for building safety and security.Responsibilities:?Ensure all building facilities and utilities (water, electricity, phone lines, aircon, genset, etc.) are functioning properly.?Monitor the building's physical condition, upkeep, and cleanliness.?Quickly address leaks and repairs by coordinating with contractors and janitors.?Conduct regular inspections to resolve utility, building, and occupant issues, maintaining safety, security, cleanliness, and cost-efficiency.?Ensure compliance with building permits and government requirements.?Develop and implement policies for orderliness and resource management.?Supervise daily work activities of personnel.?Recommend improvements to Top Management for building administration and utilities.?Submit monthly reports of departmental activities and accomplishments to Top Management.Salary Range: 27k to 30kWork Location: Quezon City
