Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Build and Testing Specialist where you'll take on a pivotal role managing our test and build framework. You will focus on internal quality control, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll be packaging our Java-based products, working closely with our development team on manual testing. You will also coach team members to enhance their testing skills. This position is perfect for someone thrive in a dynamic setting while making substantial contributions to the quality and reliability of our software.Key tasksEnsure build processes are closely monitored for consistent quality and swiftly address any flaws discovered in build scripts to maintain internal quality control.Compile Java-based applications for release and maintain package repositories alongside version control systems to ensure proficient software rollouts.Design and implement enhancements to our build and test systems, ensuring they perform optimally. Regularly monitor these systems to pinpoint potential improvements.Conduct preventive maintenance to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our build infrastructure.Increase test coverage of our products in close collaboration with developers, execute manual testing, and coach others to perform manual tests.
