Budget Manager

• Analyze records of present and past operations including similar events, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future expense and revenue.
Document revenues and expenditures expected and submit to Head of Finance.
• Co-ordinate the preparation of annual budgets by providing advice and assistance to departments.
Advise management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
Consolidate inputs received from various departments top prepare overall budget.
Interpret budgets for management and assist in preparation of budget presentations for Management.
Participate in the process of obtaining timely budget revisions when required, and ensure these are properly reflected in Finance reports.
• Deal with statutory auditors/financial platform auditors and assist with information requirements.
• Undertake the production and distribution of Monthly Cost Reports, following up with departments on information requirements, ensuring the efficient and correct collation and transcribing of data.
Prepare various financial reports as required from time to time.
• Coordinates VIK Budget allocations according to what is agreed with FIFA and all involved parties

• Perform specific aspects of the abovementioned responsibilities as detailed out in the Finance Policies and Procedures.
• Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job.
Note: The company will relocate at Carmona, Cavite this year
