The Budget Supervisor provides assistance and support in the preparation of the company budget. Primary duties include reviewing the updated and consolidated project financials and templates, preparing of project financials for new projects, initially preparing the variance analysis reports, and providing other data and reports deemed necessary for the presentation of the company budget. 1. NEW PROJECT FINANCIAL PREPARATION a. Prepare and provide a financial run for new projects to aid the Project Development group in decision-making based on the given assumptions. b. Finalize the Product Development and Marketing Concept (PDMC) financials based on the agreed-upon assumptions for approval and implementation. c. Issue the PDMC-approved financials to Accounting and Data Control for their corresponding project cost and inventory set-up. 2. VARIANCE ANALYSIS AND OTHER REPORT PREPARATION a. Review and analyze the moving budget to be able to prepare a reliable variance analysis report. b. Coordinate with Accounting the necessary adjustments to be made, if any, for more accurate financial presentation. c. Prepare and submit monthly reports on Cash Flow, Loan Distribution Reports, Consolidate Lease Reports and Credit Report to provide the management with timely and reliable financial information. d. Prepare presentation materials for the quarterly review of the financials. 3. LOANS MONITORING a. Evaluate the necessity to avail new loans through the Moving Cash flow to be able to prepare a request ahead of time to avoid cash shortages. b. Prepare and release loan allocation to Accounting for each loan availment to ensure reconciled recording. c. Review and evaluate the loan principal payments and interest dues to ensure its accuracy and timeliness. 4. SALES SUPPORT CONTROL a. Review the pricelists before the approval of Division Head and distribution to the sellers to ensure its mathematical accuracy. b. Evaluate, assess, and endorse the buyers and/or sellers request through an Exceptional Approval Memo (EAM) with financial effect for its approval and strict implementation. c. Expected to support activities that the team leader and/or Department Head has assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: BS Accountancy Graduate 2-5 years experience in Budget and Finance and Accounting Preferably CPA
