Forecast periodic Sales Targets per Project over Sales Cycle Period. Forecast Inventory Augmentation & Sellout inline w/ Project turn-over period. Review/Evaluate Historical Sales Trends and Strategy Execution on assigned Accounts.Showcase Superior Customer Service
Create a Culture of Superior customer service for the Brokers Network. Readily Assist/Address Account concerns and proposals. Adopt an open communication & feedback policy for process improvement.Promote/Reinforce Sales Reservation Process Payment Platforms
Continuously Promote & Safeguard established Processes & Policies. Provide Online Chat support for Technical & Reservation related inquiries. Cascade & Reinforce Advisory on available Payment Methods/Platforms. Coordinate for new Inventory, Pricing updates & Financing Terms.Build & Maintain Sales Partner Business
Establish good Relationship with Assigned Realty Accounts. Maintain close coordination with Developing Accounts. Continue to build productive Accounts.Job SpecificationGraduate of any Business Course or Real Estate Management.With 1 to 3 years work experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales Background, Insurance or Direct Selling experiences.Good communication skills, Leadership skills, Execution/Implementation of Sales Strategies & Programs.
