Brand Specialist

Details of the offer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events including but not limited to in-store events, sponsorships, workshops, masterclasses, and roadshows with retail partners.

2. Co-develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics from initial concept through to completion.

3. Provide support in sourcing, negotiating, and securing vendors, venues, and other necessary resources to ensure successful event execution.

4. Serve as one of the main point of contact for retail partners, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all events align with overall brand strategy and goals.

6. Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring events run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.

7. Helps prepare post-event reports, analyzing event performance against objectives and KPIs.





Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or brand coordination, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.

3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

6. Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
