DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

CONTENT PLANNING
1.1. Searches for image sources for future content plans, latest studies on Audiology, hearing aids and other consumer technologies available in the market and latest social media trends and strategies for future pegs and execution.

1.2. Creates monthly social media calendar for Facebook and Instagram

COMMUNITY MONITORING & ENGAGEMENT.
2.1. Visits regularly the Official Hearing Wellness Forums to take note of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and reads the insight exchange of members.

COMPETITORS' CHECK
3.1. Regularly check the top competitors to see their updates on promos, store openings, and other announcements, and identify strategies they are currently working on based on their content releases.

3.2. Ensures that competitors do not copy any of the original content of MHA.

3.3. Reads poor reviews that competitors received from their clients in order to use them as a guide on what not to do in terms of the company's customer experience processes.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM OPTIMIZATION & RESEARCH
4.1. Performs reviews on certain sections of the Company's social media platforms and checks on areas as to how they can be improved.

INFLUENCER MARKETING
5.1. Conducts research on identifying the kinds of micro-influencers whom the company can work with as part of broadening the company's brand awareness strategies.
