Brand Marketing Manager

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in brand management.
• Experience in B2G or trading business preferred.
• Proven success in brand and product development.
• Strong grasp of current marketing trends and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and product management platforms.
• Skilled in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Identify B2G and B2B market opportunities using PhilGeps and competitive analysis.
• Manage customer journey and surveys for B2G and B2B clients with departments.
• Develop brand strategies, and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and traditional channels.
• Lead marketing team, managed the budget effectively, used analytics for improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to support brand initiatives.
• Develop team Balanced Scorecard and policies as needed.
Work Location: Salcedo Village, Makati
Salary Range: 50k to 70k + Benefits
