Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred).5-7 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in brand management.Experience in B2G or trading business preferred.Proven success in brand and product development.Strong grasp of current marketing trends and technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and product management platforms.Skilled in data analysis and performance metrics.Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities: Identify B2G and B2B market opportunities using PhilGeps and competitive analysis.Manage customer journey and surveys for B2G and B2B clients with departments.Develop brand strategies, and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and traditional channels.Lead marketing team, managed the budget effectively, used analytics for improvements.Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to support brand initiatives.Develop team Balanced Scorecard and policies as needed.

Salary Range: 50k to 70k + Benefits
