Job Summary
The Marketing Manager- Branding & Creatives shall manage and execute the brand marketing plan and all branding initiatives of the company. He/she shall oversee the production of all promotional materials and implementation of other brand awareness/consideration tactics for the campaigns. He/she is the custodian of the company's brand (design, look & voice) and ensures achievement of key brand metrics- awareness, consideration, share of voice, and mold positive brand sentiments across touchpoints. The job is in Makati City with Hybrid work arrangement (3x per week onsite) and day shift schedule.
Key Job Responsibilities: Work in collaboration with the head of marketing and respective team to develop 360-degree marketing campaigns involving, campaigns marketing, brand marketing, and other BUs in line with business objectives across different channels. Develop and execute brand awareness strategies for the company in line with company branding objectives across different channels Manage and design all branding-related plans and lead execution from start to finish including until post-mortem analysis reports. Oversee the development of content, messaging, advertisements, events, and other branding-related projects. Use of Trello workspace with the entire marketing department for optimal efficiency, alignment, and transparency Creation of brand materials (online and offline) in line with marketing plans Build structured events and brand platforms at the same time ensuring channel effectiveness and outreach maximization. Work collaboratively and in tandem with the marketing campaigns team to effectively scale user acquisition Study and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to design or adjust brand strategies. Tracks all brand performance; presents it to senior management and to drive future programs. Lead coordinator and integrator of all brand awareness GTM campaigns, dealing with creative agency, regional creative team, and customer experience for brand voice. Manage, supervise brand marketing specialists, graphic designers, copywriter. Key Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, creative writing, fine arts, visual communications, advertising, or related field (with a proven track record of success) At least 5 years of extensive experience in marketing, advertising and brand management Experience in multi-channel marketing Knowledgeable in doing brand design and strategy, creative strategy development. Excellent project management skills and people management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strategic thinker with ability to adapt in a changing environment.
