The Marketing Brand Manager major duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible to plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase salesConceptualize innovative programs that laser focus on our ideal target market demographic and get them engaged in the brandConceptualize, implement, monitor and evaluate marketing promotions & programsMaximize the Marketing Budget given for each brand – Scope of Work Includes: Events, PR, In- Store Promotions, Digital Marketing, Partnerships, Sponsorships and Brand ActivationGenerate Reports on the impact of marketing activities to the overall sales of the brandResponsible for driving awareness, ultimately delivering the brand's profit, volume, and market share objectives as well as the brand's overall imageDevelops and execute marketing strategies to ensure the growth and sustainability of the company and its brandsExecutes projects and plans that are aligned with the overall brand strategyDevelopment of new brand ideas including new products and conceptsResponsible for the day to day requirement, coordination and execution of branding strategies of the project (communication with internal resources/other departments for the smooth execution of projects, ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation)Submit projection of Marketing activities per week/monthOverall responsible for brand management and corporate identityMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIsResponsible for processing of requirements and legal compliance for every promotion and activities prior to implementation (Product and Promo-Registration to the Trade Accounts) Visual ModulesPerform other tasks related to marketing and brand management as assigned from time to time by the Management
