JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Brand Manager major duties and responsibilities are as follows:
?Responsible to plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase sales
?Conceptualize innovative programs that laser focus on our ideal target market demographic and get them engaged in the brand
?Conceptualize, implement, monitor and evaluate marketing promotions & programs
?Maximize the Marketing Budget given for each brand – Scope of Work Includes: Events, PR, In- Store Promotions, Digital Marketing, Partnerships, Sponsorships and Brand Activation
?Generate Reports on the impact of marketing activities to the overall sales of the brand
?Responsible for driving awareness, ultimately delivering the brand's profit, volume, and market share objectives as well as the brand's overall image
?Develops and execute marketing strategies to ensure the growth and sustainability of the company and its brands
?Executes projects and plans that are aligned with the overall brand strategy
?Development of new brand ideas including new products and concepts
?Responsible for the day to day requirement, coordination and execution of branding strategies of the project (communication with internal resources/other departments for the smooth execution of projects, ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation)
?Submit projection of Marketing activities per week/month
?Overall responsible for brand management and corporate identity
?Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
?Responsible for processing of requirements and legal compliance for every promotion and activities prior to implementation (Product and Promo-Registration to the Trade Accounts) Visual Modules
?Perform other tasks related to marketing and brand management as assigned from time to time by the Management
