- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Develop & drive the brand narrative for the startup
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Come up with ideas to promote and maximize the visibility and promotion of the brand
- Posting on social channels
- Strategic design & execution of online activities/campaigns and adopt successful strategies from competitors in the market.
- Collaborate with the content team and designers to build a personal face of the brand
- Brainstorming and pitching new ideas
- Building relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets
- Manage all brand activations, partnerships, and sponsorships
- Making decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Education: Bachelors or master in marketing/media studies
- Location: Baguio
- Good communication skills
