JOB DESCRIPTION Develop optimization strategies that increase our websites search engine results rankingsManage the expenses of SEO campaigns, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling differencesClosely collaborate with project managers, creatives team, web development team, and channels team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout the website contentPerform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new relevant keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materialsSet measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing effortsMonitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performanceAnalyze digital data to draw key recommendations around digital channels to increase the visibility of managed websitesTest, analyze, and change all managed websites so it is optimized for search engines, and the website subsequently ranks higher in the search results on major search enginesExecute tests, collect, and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaignsPerform page optimization across our websites to ensure search results are relevant and to create a positive user experience, growing website traffic, lead volume, and brand awarenessOptimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketingPerform keyword research for each core product and ensure we are always targeting the right keyword for each product. Optimize new product pages based on keyword research, and internal linking.Produce ranking reports, competitor analysis, and identify SEO and content gap.Take ownership of the campaigns, provide feedback, working with the team on strategic direction and recommendations to improve ROI.Conduct digital platform audits to ensure best practices are being used and provide actionable insights and recommendationsMonitor key online marketing metrics to track the successCreate and maintain online listings across e-commerce platformsResearch and implement search engine optimization recommendationsEnsure that the brand message is consistentBuild, maintain and analyze weekly/monthly performance reporting to share with the teamWrite compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search resultsPerform other duties as assigned by management
