Brand Manager (Direct Hire)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the retail apparel and fashion industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth.Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market positioning and achieve
business objectives.
2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Coordinate with various departments to align brand initiatives, including MPCD, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, eCommerce, and Franchise Management.
