RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop Comprehensive PR and KOL Strategy: Craft a year-long PR and KOL
strategy in alignment with brand campaigns set by the regional team, ensuring
consistent brand messaging and maximum exposure.
• Media Relationship Management: Forge strong relationships with media titles,
negotiating coverage and ad placements to amplify brand visibility across
various platforms.
• KOL and Celebrity Collaboration: Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with KOLs
and celebrities for joint events and brand campaigns, leveraging their influence
to enhance brand credibility and reach.
• Content Planning for KOLs and Media Partners: Develop a comprehensive
content plan for KOLs and media partners to use during overseas and local
events, ensuring consistent brand messaging, posting in a timely manner and
alignment with campaign objectives.
• Press Release Management: Localize global/regional press releases for key
campaigns and ensure timely dissemination to local media partners, maximizing
brand exposure in target markets.
• Content Creation: Write compelling press releases for local campaigns and
special events (e.g., holiday gift list & store opening event), maintaining
consistency in brand messaging and tone.
• Merchandising Collaboration: Collaborate with the merchandising team to
forecast and manage seeding products for marketing stocks, press kits, and
samples required for brand communication initiatives.
• PR Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute local and global PR events
to support campaign launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams for
seamless execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with store operations, digital
marketing, retail marketing and visual merchandisers to coordinate events,
product launches, and other brand communication activities, ensuring
alignment with overall brand strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the retail fashion industry.
• Knowledgeable in marketing and public relations.
• Experience in writing press releases.
• Having worked with media and KOLs before is a plus.
• Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative, and innovative.
