RESPONSBILITIES:Create and implement plans to increase market shareConduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities and remain up to date on the fast-developing media environment and new media technologies, strategies and opportunities in particularMust be able to multi-task, do market research and analyze results effectively, prioritize and influence stakeholders, understand the target market and its dynamicsDevelop schedules and maintain deadlinesCreate marketing presentations for stakeholdersProvide strategic input and direction for the brand by developing style guides, templates, and other materials, develop non-campaign brands while keeping the company's vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advise internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brandClosely work with Sales & Marketing team in overseeing all their brand asset activities and all trade fairs/trade meetingsCoordinate all launches of brand communication activities with Merchandising team and Sales & Marketing departmentEnsure all team members provide high quality customer serviceCreate and implement a long-term communication strategy by producing a yearly commercial calendar plan, liaising with Management about marketing related issues and at the same time cultivating a positive working relation with themProactively develop and recommend integrated advertising, new media strategies and programs according to marketing planRecommend, develop and finalize creative materials for brand campaignsMonitor the delivery of the brand direction and recommend areas of improvementObtain necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotionsPost evaluate campaign performance by conducting research and tracking project development, and then collating results into regular quality reportsBenchmark the progress of brand campaign activities in the perception of consumersInspire and influence public's good perception of our brand, products and servicesQUALIFICATIONS:Has strong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledgeable in Marketing and Public RelationsMust be highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative and innovativePossess good time management skillsAmenable to work beyond working hoursAmenable to travel locally and internationally when the need arises
