RESPONSBILITIES:•Create and implement plans to increase market share•Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities and remain up to date on the fast-developing media environment and new media technologies, strategies and opportunities in particular•Must be able to multi-task, do market research and analyze results effectively, prioritize and influence stakeholders, understand the target market and its dynamics•Develop schedules and maintain deadlines•Create marketing presentations for stakeholders•Provide strategic input and direction for the brand by developing style guides, templates, and other materials, develop non-campaign brands while keeping the company's vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advise internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand•Closely work with Sales & Marketing team in overseeing all their brand asset activities and all trade fairs/trade meetings •Coordinate all launches of brand communication activities with Merchandising team and Sales & Marketing department•Ensure all team members provide high quality customer service •Create and implement a long-term communication strategy by producing a yearly commercial calendar plan, liaising with Management about marketing related issues and at the same time cultivating a positive working relation with them•Proactively develop and recommend integrated advertising, new media strategies and programs according to marketing plan•Recommend, develop and finalize creative materials for brand campaigns •Monitor the delivery of the brand direction and recommend areas of improvement•Obtain necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions•Post evaluate campaign performance by conducting research and tracking project development, and then collating results into regular quality reports•Benchmark the progress of brand campaign activities in the perception of consumers•Inspire and influence public's good perception of our brand, products and services QUALIFICATIONS:•Has strong verbal and written communication skills•Knowledgeable in Marketing and Public Relations•Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative and innovative•Possess good time management skills•Amenable to work beyond working hours•Amenable to travel locally and internationally when the need arises
