Brand Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Initiates in conducting market research to identify trends and target customers' preferences
- Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness
- Ensure brand presence in on-line and off-line channels
- Review packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvements
- Research competition and identify opportunities for growth
- Design advertising campaigns for new products/services
- Assist in developing effective media campaigns
- Participate in organizing promotional and trade marketing events

JOB REQUIREMENTS
*At least 1-year work experience in Marketing, Brand Management or any similar role is an advantage
*Preferably with experience with product pricing, packaging and positioning
*Knowledge on digital marketing tools and techniques
*Ability to conduct market analysis is a plus
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Experience in an FMCG industry a plus
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field
