DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiates in conducting market research to identify trends and target customers' preferencesCreate marketing plans to increase brand awarenessEnsure brand presence in on-line and off-line channelsReview packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvementsResearch competition and identify opportunities for growthDesign advertising campaigns for new products/servicesAssist in developing effective media campaignsParticipate in organizing promotional and trade marketing events JOB REQUIREMENTS At least 1-year work experience in Marketing, Brand Management or any similar role is an advantagePreferably with experience with product pricing, packaging and positioningKnowledge on digital marketing tools and techniquesAbility to conduct market analysis is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in an FMCG industry a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field
