Brand Assistant (Makati)

Job Summary:
The Brand Assistant, reporting to the Brand Manager, will support the execution of marketing strategies to drive sales targets, strengthen brand performance, and ensure resource optimization for assigned brands or categories.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Performance Support:

Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to contribute to sales forecasts and strategies.
Support the team in monitoring brand performance and identifying gaps through market/store audits.

Portfolio and Product Management:

Aid in assessing product performance, inventory levels, and market demand.
Assist with product launches, including pricing, distribution planning, and promotional activities.
Help manage slow-moving inventory and support strategies for underperforming products.
3.
Marketing Plan Assistance:

Support the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies.
Collaborate on the execution of campaigns, trade marketing plans, and promotional activities.
Assist in tracking budgets, campaign schedules, and performance evaluations.
4.
Brand Messaging and Visibility:

Help ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
Provide support in implementing creative ideas to enhance brand awareness and identity.
