Brand Assistant - Agro Products

Assists the Product Managers with the marketing and promotional requirements of their assigned brands and crop portfolios, to include:
**- Promo implementation and evaluation**
- Development of promo mechanics
- Preparation of pledge forms, promo request forms, permits
- Promo evaluation and report generation

**- Development of marketing / promo materials and transmittal of such to sales areas**
- Assist in development, production, procurement and sending out to sales areas
- Secure event checklists and ensure availability of required items
- Ensure availability of required materials field promotion activities in time for the cropping season

**- Database management**
- Maintain and manage database information by ensuring proper and timely encoding of data from sales and marketing activities
- Maintain templates for PSK reports, PMR, Move-out Reports
- Monthly generation of rolling 3-mos sales forecast based on PSK reports

**- Event management**
- Assist in preparing and conducting sales and marketing events such as crop seminars, product launch activities, among others

**- Perform specific project / tasks that may be assigned from time to time**

JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work in Makati City

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php20,000.00 per month
