Scope & Responsibilities: Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve fundraising goals.Conduct and supervise face-to-face fundraising campaigns and activities, converting various individuals to become committed donors of the organization.Serve as a brand champion of the organization in various marketing activities.Handle sensitive donor information with the highest level of confidentiality.Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.Required Qualifications: Proven experience in managing and leading a team.Strong communication and persuasion skills.Strong interpersonal qualities and the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.Strong sales background in any industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Must be willing to travel to different locations nationwide as needed for unit operations. Preferred Qualifications: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and fostering donor confidence.Experience in team development and performance management.Preference for candidates who have a proven track record of holding long-term positions.
