As the Branch Unit Team Leader at our Satellite location, you will play a crucial role in overseeing both sales and operational functions to ensure the branch unit operates efficiently and meets its business objectives. You will lead a team, drive sales performance, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold our company's standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.Oversee daily satellite operations, including inventory management and compliance with company policies.Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary.Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Manage branch expenses and budgetary compliance to achieve profitability targets.Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment through mentoring and development.Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and KPIs.Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with regulatory requirements.Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
