**JOB SUMMARY**:
Branch Sales Manager oversee the branch clinic.
They are in charge of the everyday business within their branch, and they work to manage client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
Branch Sales Manager oversee the entire clinic team, with whom they work to reach daily sales and/or conversion goals, and report back to the corporate level.
Branch Sales Manager are in charge of all employees within their branch.
As such, they are usually involved in the hiring, training and mentoring of branch employees.
They also set expectations for their employees and see that the goals are accomplished.
They also are responsible for maintaining clinic standards.
Branch Sales Manager must also understand, implement and enforce all policies regarding company policies, safety, client relations and more.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Sales Goal oriented
- MUST have experience in managing Aesthetic Clinics and familiar with different aesthetic services.
- Knowledgeable with the latest nail products, trends, and techniques, or any aesthetic products and services.
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff to perform their duties efficiently.
- Exceptional organization skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
- Computer literate and has the ability to make reports needed by the management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills liaising with clients, suppliers, specialist, doctors and staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaising with aesthetic specialist, doctors and patients about treatment plans.
- Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
- Keeping and calibrating all nurses, aestheticians, nail technicians and sales informed about services being administered at the clinic for alignment purposes.
- Mentor, train, coach and supervise the staff in their work responsibilities
- Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Oversee staff to ensure that sales goals are regularly met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with upper management to create marketing plans and set appropriate benchmarks for sales team.
- Will be involved in hiring process, and develop a highly-motivated sales team that consistently exceeds customer expectations and is prepared to provide world-class customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and take steps to correct performance.
- Conceptualize and suggest local store marketing activities and implement such in order to strengthen the brand and achieve the sales target
- Ensure that ample stocks and supplies are available in the branch for the efficient performance and operations of the staff and the clinic as a whole
- Ensure and take care of the physical structure of the clinic and its equipment, furniture and machines, and immediately report any damages.
- Performing the hiring, training and performance evaluation of staff members.
- Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
- Ensure all money are accounted for and remitted to the HO and are properly accounted for
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per month

- 13th month salary
